Workshop/Seminar Schedule
The Seminole State College Small Business Development Center is a nonprofit organization that is designed to assist Seminole County business owners. Below, you will find a list of programs that are offered for the months specified. Advance registration is required prior to all training.
You may register online or download the Registration Form and return it to the SBDC via fax, or by standard mail, with a check. Visa and MasterCard are accepted; checks must be payable to "Seminole State College." Contact information is on the forms.

Reviews key concepts of income statement and balance sheet that every owners/manager need to know.

Gain proficiency at sales estimates, annual budgeting, theoretical versus actual costs, and cash flow management. Learn how to effectively plan labor - salary versus hourly to ensure optimum staffing level. Understand values of proactive financial management as opposed to reactive.
