Seminole State College's Small Business Development Center has offices in the Port of Sanford and on its Oviedo Campus.

Directions to the Small Business Incubator at the Port of Sanford

• From I-4 east: Take exit 104 (the 17-92 exit). At the stoplight, cross over Hwy. 17-92. Cross the railroad tracks and turn right at the light onto Orange Blvd. Go under the I-4 overpass and travel approximately two blocks. Turn right at Dolgner Place (the second road on the right). Then, turn right into the first parking and go around to front of building, where the glass doors are. Look for the yellow green green STBIC sign.
• From I-4 west: Take exit 104 (the 17-92 exit). • From 46A: Turn north onto Monroe Rd., pass the Lake Monroe Post Office and turn left at the next light onto Orange Blvd.Go under the I-4 overpass and travel approximately two blocks. • From Hwy. 17-92 and S.R. 434: Travel east/southeast on S.R. 434 toward Oviedo. Proceed through the downtown intersection and turn left onto Mitchell Hammock Road. Turn right onto Lockwood Boulevard and follow the signs to the Campus. The entrance will be on the left.
• From S.R. 434 (Alafaya Trail): South of Oviedo, turn right onto McCulloch Road. Turn left onto Lockwood Boulevard and follow the signs to the Campus. The entrance will be on the right.
• From S.R. 417 (Seminole Expressway): Exit at Red Bug Lake Road (exit 41) and travel east. Proceed through the intersection of Red Bug Lake Road and C.R. 426, which becomes Mitchell Hammock Road. Turn right onto Lockwood Boulevard and follow the signs to the Campus. The entrance will be on the left.
